Utilizing as many local products as possible in the kitchen, Dionysos in Atlantis serves the fava beans found only in Santorini, its incomparable indigenous tomatoes, white eggplants, extraordinary capers and caper leaves, traditional cheeses, homemade sausage, fresh fish and of course, unique wines - the foundations of the local cuisine that no one visiting Santorini should miss.
